I tested positive for Covid again yesterday. That’s the seventh time in the last 18 months or so. (Hypothetically, some of these might be the same infection, but they’re all at least a month apart and felt like distinct bouts of illness.) I’m fairly cautious—I mask, I’m vaccinated, I mostly stay home. For me the illness has never been particularly severe, but it exacerbates some chronic issues, and no one wants to feel ill this often. Covid isn’t over.
