Unpopular opinion: Today, most of society—especially millennials and younger working-age individuals—are struggling to save enough for a down payment on their first home. But I believe that in 10-15 years, this will become irrelevant.
We’ll look back and laugh at how people used to work for years, saving every penny just to buy a place to live, much like we laugh now at how expensive it used to be to make a phone call. I think shelter will become an extremely affordable and abundant commodity. In the future, housing won’t be a struggle—it’ll be accessible to everyone. I’m absolutely certain about this.
