After working my ass off, seeing no reward above the do-nothings, and receiving a disciplinary action for someone else's (a manager's ) cock up, I have decided that it's a race to the bottom.

I was the student who strove for straight A's, thinking that it counted for something. But after my time in the Army I just wanted to C my way out of college, and I got a job just the same as the studyholics. Now I'm trying to adapt that philosophy in my professional life.
