Remember when you buy a longer USB cable you're gonna need to turn up the dimmer-switch for the outlet your PC is in. Longer USBs need more pressure for the electricity to make it all the way down the wire, otherwise the signal starts to drop & your data will be incomplete. Just don't turn it up too high or the cable could burst & you'll have electron flux spraying everywhere all over your carpet, those stains don't come out easily.
