I've started playing the city-builder "Workers and Resources: Soviet Republic", or as I've been calling it, "Soviet Skylines".

Goodness me, it's *fabulously* detailed if you want it to be. Electricity, heating, water, sewage, rail, train, bus, flights, education, health, waste management... They're all optional, but it's like all the stuff I love about city builders turned up to eleven.
