Some basic priorities like developing hardware for local compute performance, creating and open sourcing a platform optimized modern programming language still look decent from my limited understanding.
If they can get over themselves and expand third party app distribution support for all regions, and drop the egregious technology fee concept, they could end up in
a reasonable spot. They evolve carefully, perhaps they deserve a little more time.
Anecdotally the rigid bureaucracy in their customer support division seems really unhealthy though. Even talking to humans you effectively talk to a scripted dialog tree.
