the thing about the court order getting Elmo and his hacker goons out if the treasury is it's too late, the damage is already done. it'll be nice if they comply, I guess, but right now they need to be *arrested* and all their tech *seized*, and the treasury systems rolled back a couple weeks. at a *minimum*.
but none of that will happen, so this is just a patch on the barn door at best.
