i believe I’ve made a discovery. Previously I thought that my sleepless nights were caused by coffee, but now i think they are caused by programming

On my most productive days programming, I’m so wired from the thrill of banging out tons of code that i can’t relax enough to sleep. Almost tweaking I’m so stimulated

Anyone else experience this or just me?
