This is a snapshot of a few of our dinner options for the week. We normally eat REAL food. But aligning what 👨💻 utxo 👨💻 (nprofile…x66a) says here, we definitely eat stuff like Chick-fil-A and McDonald's from time to time too. It's not all about extremes like seed oils are going to kill you the moment they touch you. It's about moderation and portion sizes. Our dinner and lunch portions are WAY smaller than the average American. Below the menu is an average portion for us, and yes, it's filling because our stomachs are used to it. Stop eating mega portions and drinking sodas all day. This is the vast majority of obese people's main problem.
quoting nevent1q…a8ktWhile I do agree seed oils are bad, they're not causing obesity.
Obesity is caused by overeating, ridiculous portions sizes and sugar drinks
In short, too many calories
Secondary is this idea that fat and meat is bad, but eating meat is the best way to actually feel full and satiated. Without them you end up stuffing yourself with empty carbs (which is sugar) and never feel satisfied.
But I am preaching to the choir here, its actually very rare to find an obese bitcoiner.
