Anyone got a recommendation for a SaaS selling platform (for intangible goods, that is, shipping options support is completely irrelevant) that

- isn't Shopify,
- is based within the EU,
- isn't hosted WooCommerce,
- supports firing webhooks on order creation, update, and completion,
- has decent documentation of those webhook payloads,
- has decent VAT support for both B2B and B2C transactions?
