Hey npub15c0uz3l55klsrq6l9zlvmtkvxwv2wy7q0rm7y249qkmzxpaj5gks5thxke (npub15c0…hxke) , let me try my luck here as there is no "contact us" on the website anymore. I've been with this browser for a few years but there is one sticking point: bookmarklets. I am an academic hopping between different schools every few years. One of the most important browser features for my workflow is a bookmarklet with one line of Javascript amounting to "reload this journal article page through the library proxy server of [my current university]", and most universities even provide that line to save in bookmarks. That is how I can legally read research papers via my university's subscription.

Unfortunately, Vivaldi blocks any attempt to save a bookmark that is not a URL. I have to instead create a bookmark in a [lesser browser], export to html, import to Vivaldi, and have it working... until I have to hop to a new university and do it all over again. Users have been asking for it on Vivaldi Forum since at least 2015, and because I am an academic I will leave a reference here:
https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/1391/bookmarklet-support

Any chance of fixing bookmarklets? Thanks!
