I have injury to hypothalamus \u0026 pituitary (\"HPA\") from a brain tumor, consequently don't heat up/cool down correctly. Plus been under Afib attack for last 6 months. These last few days, I was in a small hot room w/out AC. I'm woozie, vertigo-y with stomach cramps, electrolytes,salty foods are not doing it. I think I pushed my fragile system too far. And all last night O2 was not attached, woke up with asthma. Ugh. Rough day. Knitting helps!",
