I gave a talk about why "Web3 isn't really web yet" at a conference called "the Web3 Summit", which is probably of the most interest to people who work deep in the stack of actual Web technologies and find it hard to understand what is actually happening in web3 as the latter grows more inward-looking and its terminology increasingly opaque and overloaded.
