That's where my "block bot" (on pre-Musk Twitter) came in handy.
It didn't just block the troll - The blot would analyze the users in their timeline, follows and followers and block any account that failed the troll equation.
It takes away their power when they can only amplify their hate with people who can't interact with you.
Of course, that went away when Musk killed the API.
