Would you ever consider a digital version? Because, coming from the Podcasting 2.0 world, I can envision an ePUB hosted on your personal website using RSS with a server-side paywall to cover the cost of the book, but the sats sent could go straight to your node (or split between you, the publishing company, and any other contributors if they have wallets.)
I don't know if that's feasible since my knowledge of traditional book publishing methods is limited, just spitballing.
