I took me some time to find it, but, apparently Gigantiops destructor has an optic lobe that makes up 1/4 the mass of their brains. That's more than in Eciton but destructor has 4,000+ facets in their eyes! This only makes the relatively large optic lobes of Eciton with just ONE facet more remarkable.
