Right, I get what you're saying. I just think that a strategy that relies on litigation seems dangerously obsolete under this scotus. I'd rather have the speed bumps than nothing, but it doesn't even feel like a half measure let alone a real response.

And that's without getting into the fascist policies the dems have decided to push themselves in an attempt to win far right votes, like trying to outflank them on the right regarding the southern border.
