After Grenfell Tower many leaseholders found themselves required to pay for the repair of cladding on buildings in which they lived.
The Govt. has now (finally) started to use the power(s) it gave itself to force building owners to pick up these remediation costs.
Gove's department have launched acton against three firms (Yinanis group, Urban Splash & Hollbrook) to recover money extracted from leaseholders... however, its not so clear how that money will be returned to leaseholders.
