I re-learned everything when I started using Ghee, and its actually motivating to do more cooking at home. Only starting to experiment with baking. I made this cake a couple of weeks ago and replaced the seed oil in the recipe with ghee.......On the day it was a little greasy, but a few days later at room temperature, it was really tender and moist.
