I think Elon Musk is on drugs or something at the inauguration. He does NOT look or sound healthy. Surprisingly shabby appearance and hair untidy considering he is the world's richest man. Someone should help him, but I'm afraid he is too far gone. I usually don't talk like this about any person, but here I have to make an exception.
