A neighbor using a backhoe to rip out a tree has me thinking again about how every place we’ve lived people have been getting rid of trees. Even along city sidewalks.
Maybe it’s just us and just a coincidence, but it really gets my inner Lorax whiskers quaking.
We’ve always planted lots of them, because trees are great.
