If it's an "open source" license it only means you're making the people in your jurisdiction suffer because people outside it can use it however they want.
If its closed source it doesn't matter, you need to protect your property if it leaks, it wouldn't matter which license it leaked with.
The only good Open Source License is no license, but MIT is okay if you really have to add something.
