I am very happy with the Nitrokey 3 so far.
I use it for multiple things:
1. OpenPGP Card for E-Mail signing, file encryption, RPM package signing, GIT commit signing and SSH authnentication
2. FIDO2 Key for websites (github, google account etc.)
3. FIDO2 Authentication to my local system and sudo via pam_u2f
4. Storage of passwords and TOTP secrets on the Nitrokey stick
The firmware gets constantly improved and there are multiple releases a year. Just recently they enabled faster RSA4096 handling on the builtin security module.
Firmware is fully open source and you can see the update history and changelog here:
