Do you live in Ukraine? Or any other place with war conditions? Have tried in such places to organize anything? Im not speaking about elections even. We want to have elections but it is hard to do without electricity, water and under constant shelling and bomb attacks.
Can you please clarify: do you justify l bomb attacks on peaceful cities by Russians?
