I've never been myself, but I suspect that the army is probably not a half-bad place for someone with #ADHD.
It's always clear what you have to do, and if you do it well, it's met with approval. Everything is already structured for you, and there are clear rules for how to interact.
You may try to break the rules, but the punishment is harsh and immediate. Not much need to think far ahead either.
You will also get good exercise and nutritious food, plus teammates to socialise with.
Maybe unpleasantly strict, but after such an experience, civilian life will probably seem pretty laid back to you.
