I like to think that I'm a cluster of excited atoms briefly accumulating into this state - 'my' atoms will disperse back into many new and different adventures as they're discarded through breath, biological excretions, etc while I'm alive and eventually hopefully a more total return to the ecosystem after my consciousness dies.
Of course that depends on a belief in time at all, which I'm somewhat less convinced on.
