And I'm not so much angry with them, as I'm sad for them. They were given an amazing opportunity, and they squandered it for a bowl of porridge. And there's nothing we can do to change who they were and what they wasted. The question we must ask ourselves, is what will we do with what we've been given? Will we learn from their selfishness and ignorance, and say that curse stops with me, I will be the blessing to the next generation, I will be the back upon which giants can stand upon, or will we wallow in bitterness and resentment? I know what the answer is for me.
