Ran 14 miles over three days last week.
I'll shoot for running 4 days this week and to do between 15-18 miles.
I've been fairly tired do maybe more base work and less intervals. 2 of my days ñast week were interval work. My body has historicslly been pretty resilient and resistant to injury so I like speedwork to get faster sooner. But Im now 50 and its been a few years since I've eally focused my training.
