The White Sox do not need a new stadium, Jerry. They have a great one as is. There's parking, and it's easy arrival off the Interstate -- two things that are untrue about Wrigley, where people still show up in droves. Neighborhood isn't bad. Great concourse and plenty of places to sell food, which is on-par or better than any ballpark in the country (I've been to 20).
It takes money to make money. Fans will not come out to see your latest assemblage of twilight players and unknowns who belong in the minors. Fans don't come out because there's nothing to see. Invest. Stop this nonsense.
