Instrument Gear Review Time! 
Ok I’ve had the pleasure of playing on a Salvi Mia lever harp with Biocarbon strings (derived from sugarcane) and bass wires now for a few weeks. I’m coming from initially taking some lessons with a very generous and talented pedal harpist who kindly allowed me to use her pedal harp for our lessons, then I moved to my own small lap harp with a floor stand; a cherry wood “Fullsicle” by Harpsicle Harps.
