"content": "Now it's just about concentrating the soup until it's thick. This is achieved by boiling it at a hard flame, and with the help of the almond mash. This will be the \"sauce\" that is poured over the shrimp and the potatoes, which I put on a \"bed\" made of the tomato petals with salt and olive oil, as in the pictures.\n\nAnd that's it.\n\nThis really is a hearty and delicious dish perfect for the chill months of the year.
