Project No.1 is done: Custom-fitted face mask with replaceable N95 filter, 3D-printed and modeled on a 3D scan of my head. Creates a tighter seal than the paper masks thanks to a soft gasket where the plastic meets skin, very breathable and surprisingly lightweight and comfortable.
