Look I use and love mastodon and run a server. But I’m stuck on Twitter because mastodon is absolute dogshit for figuring out what’s going on in my community, and it continually kneecaps itself by refusing to have any sort of an algorithm to help sift through the massive firehose of information on your feed. The community’s great but if I legitimately hear nothing about UAW or strikes or my friends here lol
