Well...good morning, everybody! Got up to some more good news with my BP...126/71 before coffee and I'll take that any day...since I don't celebrate christmas, I'll say happy Wednesday to you all...don't have a lot to do today but cook and get at least two rides in downstairs and I should be on the bike right now but I'm not too motivated...just need to get up off the couch and get going so I guess I'll do that right now...will be on the bike before 7am so I guess that's okay...
