Which adoption arc are you referring to now? Seed oils, highly processed foods, nuclear, BTC, block chain, AI, electric cars, Mars colonization, backyard flocks. I understand them but have a hard time identifying what part of the arc we are on for some of these. Some are hopefully more of a bell shape instead of to the moon(seed oils, processed foods).
