I bankrupt my Fediverse/Mastodon feed pretty regularly—and by bankrupt, I mean see “177 unread” and just scroll to the top if I don’t have time or I’m not in the mood to read all of it.
I’m sure I miss a lot of great stuff this way, but also I *like* reading this feed and I definitely don’t want it to feel like a backlog of *work*.
