#writers Coffee Club - Day 31. What's your tip for getting into a writing groove?
To be honest, no real 'groove'. I usually make a coffee and go into my office to start writing about 7am. Often read through the previous few days work, tinkering here and there.
Music blasts through the house, anything from Opera to World Music, Jazz and Pop--played LOUD. Dog at my feet (sometimes the cat joins us). I live alone so thankfully I can do whatever I like...lol.
I tend to stop writing around 2pm each day, unless I'm on a roll (make coffee or tea a few times during those 7 or 8 hours).
If I'm not 'feeling it' I usually open another WIP and work on that. Typical author - I have far too many WIPs...😜
