This is a proof of concept Mate Kukri has released at my urging. He has disabled the Intel Boot Guard on Dell OptiPlex 3050 Micro and has a port to it on coreboot gerrit.
I'm integrating his work. I'll have a patch soon enough, adding this board to lbmk.
It'll be in the next Libreboot release.
Mate is working on a much better utility than this, that can (in a generic way) modify the intel ME, disabling bootguard so as to enable many more coreboot ports.
