It's not an exaggeration -- as in, we have enough evidence -- to call #covid an everything disease that not only exploits and accelerates existing vulnerabilities, but creates new ones. Just because you feel fine shortly after your encounter with #SARSCoV2 does not mean it isn't hiding in your organs and setting up problems that will only appear spontaneous if you assumed, in any way, that this is a harmless virus
