I been starting to feel a lot better because I been reading the Bible and going to church with my sister every Sunday and God has helped me feel a lot better. I got the holy spirit in me and that is making me feel a lot better. I'm so proud of myself because god has helped me change my life. My depression has gone away and I don't get very emotional very much no more. Going to church with my sister helps me a lot and I have a good time with her. Me and her went to the same school together and that's how I met my worker and now i have a good time with my sister
