I started making crackers. Because they are stupid expensive for what they are, and I can make them with good oils.
I now have a method and recipes that are better than any thing I have bought in the store.
The hard part is getting the dough rolled very thin - as thin as possible in most cases.
Then a non-stick pan for 6 min at 415°, and then transfer to a copper sheet for about another 8 min. I have found that the copper sheet is necessary, but without the first step, makes a big mess.
