My tuxedo cat will wake my wife up over and over again to ask for a treat. She gives him a treat each time and he lets her go back to sleep. She’s well trained.

He tried that once with me, and I picked him up and physically (but gently) tossed him out of the bedroom. He didn’t try again. Maybe cruel but measured, effective and healthy for both of us. #Cats
