When it became clear that Mytiburger, a beloved burger joint in Garden Oaks, wouldn't be able to make payroll, owner Shawn Salyers posted a plea for help on the restaurant's Facebook page. "This summer has been tough. Business is way down and we're barely making it. We're on our last leg," the post read.

Salyers had no idea how big of a response they would get. "All of a sudden, there's a line out the door."
