"content": "Depends on the type. If it's just regular Jiff or Peter Pan, the cabinet is better, but if you like the \"Natural\" type without the hydrogenated oils, storing it in the fridge will keep it solid. In the cabinet the oils separate and its kind of a gooey mess.",
