relay and users follow others filter actions, could be as simple as follow user and enable as moderator, maybe add degrees of seperation ala old iris ala WoT for follows and moderation

btw i type this reply not being able to see the event you replied to, nostr has content propagation issues, i never liked fiatjaf (npub180c…h6w6) 's original idea to put relays in the events as it wastes data and is centralization but maybe new temporary events could wisper about these things, like you publish a secondary event saying where you saw your reply event

that also gets me thinking events replying should also tag more of the reply chain to act as witnesses
