I don't expect Trump to be detained pending trial but I do expect the conditions of his release to be just like last time or more strict. This is much more serious than hush money he isn't a flight risk you can't run for president and flee the country can't have it both ways. A gag order is certainly possible on Tuesday but we will need to wait and see what the judge decides. #legal
