Without re-adding CVC/banking app confirm/fingerprint/whatever...
If you give your phone to show photos to your friend/parent/grandmother...whatever trusty person you want, they can just mistakely buy something.
And yes - the same stupid method works with Google App Store, Xbox, PSstore... etc.
