Biggest issue I've run into is that businesses that use drones are moving in-house and training workers to fly as part of their job.
The industry is still trying to figure out what works. So every 6-12 months there's a new killer job type everyone jumps on, usually with new hardware and training needed. And first responders get all the attention.
