My dog is leash reactive to other dogs, not aggressively but excitedly. Regardless, it is too much. I have clicker trained him on and off since he has been mine, 7 years now. I started treating every walk as a chance to train. In my mind, it went, he sees dog -> doesn't react -> gets treat. Today I realized in his mind it goes, I spot a dog -> I get a treat. He saw a dog and turned around and looked at me all excitedly, like we are in a game of where's waldo and he found waldo 😂 I will take it.
