I'd've thought that would be exactly the training needed.
I'm also not necessarily saying 'every 2 year's as I'm still thinking on that, having suggested rolling recruitment. Not that it'd be insurmountable since more trainers could be recruited and/ or deployed if needed. Remember, the model is citizen's juries.
Who trains MPs in politics? Or ministers? In what? How?
